What are my delivery options?
UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. All orders are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days from completion.
This service provides full online tracking to enable you to keep track of the parcel's progress, email notifications are available and there is compensation cover for extra peace of mind.
 
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we provide international delivery. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
 
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I Want To Cancel My Order

Due to the nature of personal commissions, we are only able to cancel and refund orders before they have been produced. Once your design has been confirmed by you, and started, full refund will not be possible. However a partial refund may be possible dependant on the time of cancellation.

Digital products/tutorials are non refundable.

 

I Have A Damaged Item What Shall I Do?

We always endeavor to ensure your order is received safely. However, on rare occasions a product my be damaged during shipping.

Please be advised to check the package thoroughly before signing, as once you delivery has been signed for, it will be impossible to apply for a refund.

If you have received a damaged product, please complete the contact us form with a brief description of the damage.

How do I return my item to you?

All goods that have been personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements and perishable products are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Digital Products are non refundable.
